    I try to use the questions to help me guide the changes so someone won't have to call to ask the question the next time. Big time saver if you use the questions (that make sense) to make changes. Some questions may not apply at all, but most do.

    I normally have a high tolerance level with the dumb ones, what I can't stand is the lazy ones. The ones who seem to be afraid to think. If you make an effort and just don't get it ... hey, we all have our moments. If you want me to read to you something that is right in front of your own eyes, sorry ... no time :)
