    I got about 10 of these today: Notice the date.

    That is hilarious. I can't believe they screwed up like that. But there is always someone out there who will fall for it. I mean, if it didn't work, they wouldn't do it, right? You send out a million emails, you will get a few suckers.

    well i just received a letter in the mail yesterday. goes something like this:

    "..we have a serious buyer for your property (since when i was looking to sell my property??) who is willing to offer you (a price higher than the market price). please get in touch with the buyer as he is on a urgent business blabla."

    at the bottom of the letter is this:

    "please do not ignore this letter. the buyer is very serious."

    and at the top:

    "21st December 2003".
