Suggest me a CMS

Joomla! sigh - ugghhh during the past two weeks I've been installing and reinstall joomla at my site. It's not that simple. I must say - I'm lost in Mambots, Components, Menu etc... it just not for me I guess.

I've been looking for free templates - but none actually look like this site Australian ITWire - http://www.itwire.com.au.

I'd be glad if someone can show me where to find joomla template just like the above site.

 

I tried both Joomla as well as Drupal and found Drupal is good. However, I am unable to find web 2.0 templates for Drupal

 

im not sure what to use but Joomla sucks

 

Joomla is not so bad. It has wonderful web 2.0 themes. However Joomla is not so SEO friendly.

 

I suggest e107.Usually because of itts plugins

 

I never heard e107. what special feature it has?

Where can I download it ? is it open source?

I just installed Drupal and found it easy to customize and the learning curve - is surprisingly much easier than Joomla. To me it's very much like wordpress but powerful cms with more features. Gosh damn easy to learn than Joomla. I just spend 30 minutes went through Joe Matthew tutorial and already started building my site.

Wish that it has more themes. Thank - I will dump my Joomla now.

 

yes. it is quite easy to lean than joomla. it has nice tutorial to learn. There are lot of plugins you can check out. My site is up now. and still adding lot of plugins and content.

the only drawback is it doesn't have nice themes (for free). but some paid themes looks amazing.

 

Subdreamer is anything but brilliant. Where do these people come from?
