    Not bad. One comment- the top ad positioning is a bit odd. I am using Firefox, and I see a large horizontal box with nothing in it, except a small text ad to the right. Why not use a Leaderboard or at least a 468 pixel ad? I would fill out the space- its valuable real estate.

    the loading page is overlapping the homepage for a few seconds. apart from that looks good.

    it's fine for the first page, but when you click on different sections of the directory, the design is very poor, in any case put the ads on the left, not on the right, it'll be better for your clicks.

    Now all you need is more traffic!
