    Looks like a custom build to me, you will need to know the proper actionscript for this otherwise prepare to spend a pretty penny on development.

    This is a simple flash animation.
    You can make it with actionscript. There are quite a lot of online tutorials for this.

    you require a heavy action script and XML in flash to make it I think so....
    DO you know about it...

    Otherwise go for its custom paid development, because it is a too much difficult task....

    yeah ferryway is right and some of the website sale the component too to develop this type of book... It's very hard to create it because it's all coding...
