Blend in a 250 x 250 pixel advertisement in every of your blog post. Float it either left or right with the content. This is one of the best position I find for blogs :)

Thanks for the suggestions. I don't like to put any of the ads inside content. Since I am building the visitors, don't want to blend more ads. Any way I will consider your advice in future. I want to put one more link units. For that I need placement. Please help me.

If I were you, I would place one link unit below the top navigation bar to see whether that helps. Just a suggestion.

You mentioned that since you are building visitors, you don't want to blend ads... may I know the reason? Isn't putting Adsense in the first place redirect traffic already? To me, if you are sharing valuable content to your users, you will find them keep coming back to your site.

If you want the image, you need to put the ads further down your post or reduce to a smaller box version. Experiment with different positions and monitor your channels.

Try moving it around to a couple different areas and see what your CTR rates are.

    OR

Get adsense tracking script for Google Analytics and try and use Google Website Optimizer and actually testing placements to see what gives you the highest percentages. (Never done this, but pretty sure it would work)

I think the best is to have an in content add selling your own product (something like an Ebook or an audio tape)
that way, you will keep your visitor and probably make a few sales too.
Use a 125x125 box inside your posts. and link it to a product. There are many plugins for wp that handle digital delivery.
All the best with your website.
