Hello Everyone, Currently I am using Go daddy deluxe hosting (shared) plan which was fine till April as of now I am getting frequent downtime. So, I have decided to migrate.

Please suggest me shared hosting capable of 40000 pageviews per day (static site)

Currently I am looking for Hostgator baby plan.

    Thanks

Hostgator is generally a good option. They seem to be able to handle sites with high numbers of visitors on their shared servers. Another option might be HawkHost. You can also check out some cheap, quality, shared Webhosting deals here: http://lowendhost.org/category/sharedhosting/

GoDaddy Hosting is not good for the most websites.
Shared Hosting with high pageviews should be easily to find, because you are using static website only.
    Good luck,

You'll be so much better off when you move your site. As sambling said HostGator and HawkHost are good options for you to move to. Some other companies worth checking out are Webhostinghub / InMotion Hosting and Stablehost.

I think you should also look for a dedicated cloud server or a dedicated server. They are more flexible and reliable.

    Hello
Only things that is important are your experience and money. If you need great support (phone, ticket, email) you need great hosting company who have much experience and are long in this job.

If you have great experience and know about servers, hosting packages or one language for web (php) that is easier because you can make backups and all other things alone.

I suggest you Windows Hyper-V Virtualization because security and more other things who make windows better then linux for me.

It is 1 request every two seconds. You may get issue with 25 concurent connections at most shared webhostings incl. hostgator. Try also looking up cheap VPSs.

I'd suggest you to get a hosting solution from Ramsurge. It gives the best mix of pricing, customer support and has a good user interface. Support is always ready to help and stability is highest.

Some time ago I had a site with over 40k uv/day at Bluehost and there were no problems. However, at this traffic level you better get a reseller or VPS service.

For a website that receives 40k views per day, I wouldn't recommend hosting it over a shared plan. I say this with a simple fact that most hosts that offer shared hosting services would have 1 or 1.5GB of RAM over the server which is indeed shared amongst different accounts hosted over the server. If your website receives the said volume of traffic, it'd be obvious that during peak hours it'd be the highest hence consuming a good portion of the resources. For this reason, other accounts hosted over the same server would experience slowdown, so would you.

I'd rather suggest you to opt for a package that can offer you higher resources inorder to get the best experience for your website. An entry level VPS or maybe a Reseller hosting plan should be ideal for you.

If your site get 40,000 visitors, I wouldn't even be looking at shared hosting solutions. VPS in my opinion would be the best option. Most shared web hosting servers can handle your 40k visitors, but there are more things on the table. Reliability would be my biggest concern. Security is another big thing to think about. I wouldn't want to "loose" the 40,000 visitors but rather gain more over time.
