Suggestions for making money online...

Please post your recommendation here on ways to make more money online aside from seach engine ads (adsense, yahoo, etc)? Would be interesting to know... comparatively, how much u can earn permonth...

 

this might be one of those threads where nobody wants to give out their secrets, not saying that I have one, cause I've thought about asking the same question!

 

Good luck man, letting a secret out here is like cutting your own arm off when sharks are circling, not the best of ideas. It's not the posters you have to worry about so much as the lurkers who are just here to steal ideas. Your best bet would be just to read ALOT and gleen what info you can from the posts on here.

 

Rob online banks, it's much easier than real banks.

IMO- "Online business" isn't any different from "offline busness" in this regard.

 

Your earning would depend on a number of factors eg traffic/target market etc etc

You can sell banner/advertising space, sell ready websites, sell links/domain names, sill products for commission, sell your own product, sell your services, give away free stuff and hope for donations...

Adsense is the easiest option. All you need is common sense and traffic. This is why its so popular.

 

Find something your interested in and sign up to an associated affiliate program. Just have a go and read as much as you can about internet marketing.

 

It's not about the secrets. It's about lurkers seeing your doing it, and then you have like 10 additional people going into your market.

 

I would suggest get a site with orignal (if thats still possible) content, get a few thousand visitors to the site, put some adsense on maybe affiliate programs and keep imporving it.

I'm sure this is what everyone is trying to do though

 

Buy those books/"packages" they sell at 3:00 a.m. or just read the forum for a week or so. If you do the latter, you should get a pretty good idea.

All I can say is work smart.

There are plenty of ways to money way, especially online, without actually owning a website or sellings stuf.

Sorry progenly, prove you're willing to make your best attempt and I personally will help you. First however i have to see you on here making your best attempt at making a buck. I've given way to many family members, friends, etc advice, help, hosting, etc only to get bitching and whining when they didn't make as much as me in a few weeks and do not wish to put the work into it as well. No there is not an easy way, if it was super easy everyone would do it. I've been doing it since at least 1998-1999 full time with no other income and doing a pretty damn good job at it, always nice new cars, collector car, house with land, plenty of spending cash, etc. But it would not be this way if everyone could simply log on and expect to make $$$ with no work on their end, if it was I'd be working a 9-5 again and my online income would only be supplemental

PS, to make good money expect to be working almost every hour you are awake. My main system on my network is still in my living room so I can work into the early morning, next to it is a notebook that I can use incase I'm watching a game or movie, then I have my main network of computers used for the most part only as storage and serving files as it's to far away from my living room at home. I also then of course have cell means of checking main e-mails and sites, etc. Moral for those reading, don't expect to make a ton without much work, some do but it's very rare to make a killing without busting your ass off! I'm sure the major guys on here know what I'm saying, and many of the medium and small as well

 

hrblcantra.. thanks for the advise.. I am thinking of doing it part time rather than full time.. unless I am as successful as you. I do not have too high expectation.. just at least to get USD 10 a month would be good enough for the first time....

 

You're on the right track progeniy, I do as I'm sure most started as a part time thing. Hope you find some good tips on the board, a little more specific questions and I or others may beable to help you.

Worst thing about wanting to make money on the Internet is all the people who are out there trying to sell their ways.. it's hard not to fall for them at first. Some seem sooo legitimate.

I'd just say read these forums and choose the way you want to go.

AdSense is good for those coming into making money on the net, as it doesn't require you /sell/ anything - which is fucking difficult and could takes years to learn how to do effectively.

I keep saying this over and over but the easiest way is to start up a small website on a specific topic which either you know about, or you can contract a writer to write on, and you can use articles in many ways to bring in traffic. Your adsense clicks will come from that traffic. I think that's a good way to start. Head over to the AdSense area and search for 'niche', then head over to the SEO area...also search for 'article submission' and you will be well on your way to learning the ropes.

Find an interest and see if you can enter that market.

IE. if you're good with computer modding, consider offering your services to people, or make a computer modding site where you feature your designs and adsense it.
If you're good at writing, make a few blogs and hope that adsense will pay your way.
If you like high end wrist watches, source some prices and check competitors / ebay.
If you're skilled with html, flash, photoshop, php, c++ ect, then start a freelance website.

The list is endless...

 

Yep Utilize your skills what ever your good at someone out there n the internet will be interested in it as far as purchasing it in most cases. I have made good money off the internet over the years. Just through consultancy, which is my main business.

If you get a website up remember to put adsense on it so you can also make a few coins while developing your profession.

Write an ebook on sign language with your toes and push it to Clickbank.

Seriously, spend 10-20 hours writing a quality ebook and push it on clickbank. The time and the $50 application + web hosting is cheap compared to what you can get. Spend another $200 on advertising and you'll get affiliates doing to work for you soon.

As long as you have a niche product Just don't write another "make thousands in 30 days guaranteed" ebooks lol. Write about something you like and are familiar with.
