I am planning on starting a template / theme download site.

I would like to know what script or CMS people would recommend.

I want people to be able to login and submit their templates, as well as vote, download etc others.

I am looking into this one - 4Images not sure if I need something like Joomla or Drupal. P

    Suggestions highly appreciated!

Joomla! has a bunch of super easy download managers and super easy image gallery (all u gotta do is type {gallery}foldername{/gallery} once u install the module).

yah if you've never used joomla! before this will take probably about 30-40 hours of messing around before you can do this. Because joomla! is a website design solution, not a collection of templates, there is a learning curve!
