Suggestions regarding placement and/or color?

I am playing around a bit with the Adsense on http://www.ewomanweb.com as the click throughs have been pretty bad. Do you agree with the placement of the ads? Should I change the color of the ads on the right from blue (which match my links within the site) to the green color of the left hand menu? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't change the link colors, but I would try to blend your 200 by 200 block, top middle, into the page. Remove border, and change background color to white.
Also, I have found better results with the url colors matching the ad text, just my opinion. Hope this helps.

You have the right idea with that block floating to the right in the main content area, but I'd blend it in with the background and remove the border. Also, try moving it to the left and wrapping the content around it.

Remember, people read from top to bottom and left to right. In my experience, people are very good at ignoring stuff on right sidebars.
