    I'd look to invest half into a small web hosting company (clients paying monthly), bank the other half for server fee's etc. and you should get a stable budget that will grow overtime (but remember you still would have to promote the company to get more clients) :). Best of luck.

    The key is in the product development. Its very possible, but the main key will be investing perhaps up to a third of that budget in an in demand product.

    A money making plugin would be a decent bet right now.
