If you want to get rid of it for good: Linux.

In the above link download SPYBOT 1.3 and learn how to use it, your machine most likely is clogged up with malware/spyware.

Also download Firefox and use that instead of IE.

Get a good antivirus program installed, you will see a link for Wilders security in the above page also, look at NOD 32, it is the best AV protection available.

But you will have to learn how to use all of these programs.

If you do not want to learn these things you may have to turn to Microsoft and use the XP firewall and the M$ antispyware program.

The best thing to do if you can not understand Malware/Spyware/AV programs is to use a MAC instead of Windows.

 

Mohamad, if anyone uses Microsoft Windows XP with or without SP2 update, you have to be a security expert or you will not be online very long.

What TOPS said was the same thing I said, switch to Linux or MAC unless you are a security expert and have the best AV and Anti-spyware programs running.

 

that's true AC, but what i wanted is to defend M$ with all the security holes they got..i bet any one, that linux and unix have more security holes....

That was Microsoft funded propaganda on servers, not PC's Mohamad, take my word for it, you are on the wrong path and need to do more research.
