Haha.. nice thread... I've never eaten Shark.. I've swam with them but never eaten one.

 

Worst I've had is rattlesnake in Texas. That is some stringy nasty meat.

 

We have rattlesnakes right here in Vernon BC Canada too.. seen lots.. again never eaten one haha

 

Shit man, the Rednecks down here will pull their trucks over when they see a rattlesnake on the road (Florida Panhandle).

I was going down the highway and this long snake was in the middle of the road and I seen two brothers on the highway tangling with this snake hissing at them and striking out at them. So I turn my truck around to see what the hell they are doing, these guys pulled a hoe out of the truck, put it on the snakes head and when they stopped him from moving one of the "good old boys" stepped on the snakes head and I heard "crunch, snap, crackle and pop" and it was all over for the snake, once it's skull was crushed he was dead.

I asked them what they were going to do with it, one brother looked up as he grabbed the snake by the tail to throw it in the back of the pickup with a fresh case of beer they just got at the store and said, them Rattlesnakes are "some good eaten".

I just laughed my ass off, jumped back in my truck and still laugh about it to this day, poor snakes have no hope down here.

Sort of like a Scorpion in Afghanistan has little hope, they smoke em to get high, never be the target of a junkies buzz or you are doomed.

 

We have a few snakes here in the UK.... they mainly work in banking tho...
