    Lately I thought that using support outsourcing is bad for web hosting companies. But after I met SupportMonk.com I changed my opinion to opposite. I've used their pay per ticket plan and got prompt support for reasonable costs. Technical questions of my clients were solved quickly and professionally, that is why I prefer now to use such services. I wonder how many hosts are using outsourcing of support now?

    Support outsourcing is normal nowadays.If the support team of the hosting company is highly professional, there is no difference where this team is located, the main thing is the quality of support and speed of reaction to customer requests.
