    I have a reseller's account(about 6 months now).

    So far so good. One thing though, when I had an access problem, they seemed like they use a third-party help system contractor, which I think gets paid by the reply. I would get repeat replies, and useless replies. Ticket was I had zero access to web/ftp/pings/traceroutes/etc to a server, and I would get questions like "have you tried to ping it?", "are you getting errors when using a brower?" Not exact words, but same context.

    Oh, begining reasonible priced and using typical software like cpanel and whm, I thought if I didn't like-em I would just move my sites. But.... so far overall I am pleased.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I'm considering moving my sites (such as SurpassHosting.com) as well but it's sooo time & energy consuming.... I would really like to stick to the current hosting but they seem to habve some problems with the DNS, I suppose, for instance http://mysite.com is working while http://www.mysite.com isn't.
