Survey: What do ladies prefer to buy over the web?

I was reading this thread on another forum about women's buying habits (women tend to be buying-addicts). This thread got me interested in this topic. As a woman I'd find it interesting to hear from other women what they like to buy online. I'll be grateful for anybody to answer this thread.

On my experience they buy a lot of cosmetic products, shoes, clothes and accessories, as well as top notch gadgets such as the ipad or the iphone 4.

 

Haaaa ... They but anything and everything they see .. whether they need it or not .. will use it or not is immaterial .. they just go and buy it ..

 

I buy lots of clothes on the net rather than shoes and bags.

 

Thank you for taking the trouble to answer. Indeed cosmetics are much cheaper on the web – so that makes sense. Also, you can find accessories and gadgets for a much lower price on the web. But how does one buy clothes and especially shoes without trying them on?

 

Well me, myself I prefer to buy shoes and all my winter boots online.
But there are lots of things that I prefer to buy in the store rather than online.
I also buy some of my holiday gifts online.

 

My girl bought some cosmetics, accessories and wacom tablet

 

I buy clothes and shoes that I couldn't buy locally. Sizes tend to be just the usual sizes I would try on in the shops. I also buy a lot of accessories and a few cosmetics. Occasionally food too,if I'm feeling particularly lazy.

 

Not only it saves you time from going to the mall, but shopping online has better deals and products you don't find in stores.

 

I love to make custom orders online, everything from watches, shoes, t-shirts, that you can build for yourself and then have it shipped.

 

I think they buy cosmetics and cloths in more ratio than other products

 

Anything that is beauty related woman will find the money to spend and if its age reduction and appearance related products its a open cheque book scenario,clothes must come a close 2nd i would have thought.

 

I think small gifts and they will like to buy.

Guys..lemme make you all clear-minded (I myself is not sure though), this thread is meant for women only.

 

I thank everybody on this thread to take the time to reply. From all the replies, I see that women like to buy most of all cosmetics; second place clothes and shoes; third place jewelry and gadgets.
As for me personally: I like to buy jewelry, crystals, books and cosmetics. My sister likes to buy handbags and gourmet chocolate.

I hardly buy anything online myself, unless it is business releated. My BF is always buying over the net, he likes to spend money on holidays, tickets and books
