Team in social network

Hi everyone,

I want to create a team of people doing marketing on social network sites.
Such as posting and sharing content all over the social network for exposure..etc.

How should I start this? Any tip for this kind of start up?

I wanted to do it the same in past but nobody was interested. But it's good idea. Connection of facebook, google plus, twitter, pinterest, linkedin and others. First what we can do is: make digitalpoint profiles on this services. Show here this adresses and people will join. People will join to other peoples solved with digitalpoint: sending invites, likes, making circles and groups.
And later if one person put a link or something, then other people make on this: likes, plus, twitts, pins, comments etc We will visit that what other people shows to make better traffic and better parameters like: how many visits, alexa rank, social rank, trust of people...
One for everybody, everybody for one What do you think about it?

Ok, so we can start to do it. So lets establish: who will do these first profiles and put here links. If nobody want then I will do it. Profiles: community of digital point on facebook, community of digital point on twitter, community of digital point on google plus, community of digital point on youtube - and movies about seo, marketing, making money... and community of digital point on pinterest.
Later we will find ourselves and do some groups of interesting, circles, funs of..

 

That's actually a good strategy choyj. Curiosity will draw people's attention. If it catch their interests then it will most likely to go viral.

Try your team with a small start to big one.
Start with 5 people and then increase it according to your need.
Its very important in social media that whatever posting and sharing you do should be attractive,interesting to drive interest of your audience

 

Start building your network with social networking sites and attract users which will match your category.

 

The best way to go about it would be to make sure they are incentivized enough. You can present it as a learning opportunity to raise the apparent value.
Join some groups on Facebook about "Internet Marketing" and start posting an offer every other day. Hire only those who are really motivated.

 

OMG... thanks for all advices. I know that everything. I got many profiles on facebook, google plus, twitter.. And I belong to many groups. I have a serious profiles and stupid profiles. Nice looking and shit looking - for seo: likes, pluses, twitts, pins - thats the well working backlinks.
If you have many profiles, then is a power. Connection with many tousands people - there are many ways how you can use it for fun or profit. It's good to have natural and false profiles. Specialized in one subject and universal. Backlinks from google sites like: google plus and youtube have a big power. Posts on google plus are higher then websites in google rank. Websites has many backlinks and post has no backlinks and only one time used keyword. And post is higher - really - 4 times it happends. But one g+, one facebook - not so much power. But 10 false profiles on facebook, 20 fanpages, 20 g+, 10 twitters, couple of channels on youtube - That's for me is basic if I want to have many websites in future.
Bye the way. You want people from internet comming to your websites, there are many milions of websites in the world. But... half of them is every day on one website - facebook.
I don't need advices, but if somebody want to join this profiles, that's good Natural or artificial. Join and invite others, and others join to others. And later we will work. But first we have to build working group. And then we help ourselves making posts, comments, likes, pluses - that's all have meaning in seo and marketing. Doesn't matter do I like something or no. Just you post something and I do like, plus and comment: "nice article Tom! Thanks"
