Tecweb.ca and Patrick Major

My company is currently under a contract with a programmer named Patrick Major who has a business called tecweb.ca. Patrick Major has broken our contract many times including a mutual release agreement in regards to completing our website and has deliberately created controversy that is detrimental to myself and my business, going against our mutual release agreement.

We were expecting a project to be completed within 2 months, according to our contract and has since gone on for over 2 years.

I am a client of his seeking any other persons who have had experiences with him and his company including anyone who has signed a mutual release agreement.

by law you can really sue the guy. Because it seems to me this was a bilateral contract and it was written. He can not just leave and work elsewhere.

 

Actually, I can't. The problem is that if I do, the programmer has been disseminating false criminal accussations into the community about me. At this pont, I am free of the contract, however, the programmer works for two of the largest ISP service providers in Western Canada and has my car's driver's license, history of employers, a private investigator; he has substantial information on me (this he sent to me via email). The moment I file a lawsuit against him, the information he has been promoting into the community can be reported against me and then the false criminal accusstions can actually become an issue for me. My being a customer of both of those ISP service providers means that my confidential information is available including banking information, address, family name, telephone number, etc... His partner works for a company called Electronic Arts so I am not in a good position to dfo much against either of them.

My best chance is simply to warn other people if they get involved with him. Unfortunately, he does work as a fly by nite person and doesn't provide a way for people to find him. I don't want someone else to lost their money to him.

It's better for me to wait for him to launch a lawsuit against me.

Update… I am Nick Garai using a new username.

Patrick Major successfully had me convicted of criminally harassing him. He did not have to be cross-examined and did not have to testify. He only had to submit written information to Crown counsel without being interrogated. I was unable to stand against his credibility, honesty and integrity. I was sentenced to one year for criminally harassing him. My total sentence for all crimes was six-and-a-half years as a global sentence. On my initial arraignment, Wendy Heidebrecht was standing next to Patrick Major who was seated in the pews. Beside him was his business partner.

Wendy Heidebrecht infiltrated Surrey Pretrial prison. In the gym, during a health fair, Wendy Heidebrecht was at a table and a Hells Angel named Villy Lynnerup sat with her as well as a friend of Villy’s. When we returned to our range, Villy began harassing me for no reason. When I met with Dr. Dhilli he told me his assistant I met the previous day was the women I was accused of trying to rape. This was Wendy Heidebrecht. You can read up on this at South Abbotsford Community Church on Google reviews. When I was in RRAC in federal prison a prisoner showed me a photograph of Wendy wearing Jewish clothing. She was participating in a religious service. The prisoner left the range the next day.

I voluntarily went to RTC, a psychiatric prison with the hope of getting counselling for my mental illness.

I was certified mentally ill for ten years from 2012 to 2021. I was receiving 500 mg Zuclopenthexol every two weeks as injection. After leaving prison I was transferred to a psychiatric hospital. I was certified mentally ill for ten years for the following reasons:

Refusing to change medications
Being highly intelligent
Having a mother who is mentally ill
Growing my beard and hair long
Quiting working in the prison kitchen
Having a flat affect
Filing complaints against my parole officer
Scoring high on Psycopathic test
Not allowing women into vehicles first
Not allowing women through doorways first
Being suicidal in the Psychiatric hospital

I stabilized and have been decertified for some time now. I am no longer taking my medications. I have not received any counselling for my mental illnesses since being in prison for five years, being in a psychiatric hospital for a year and being in the community. For fourteen years I have not received any counselling.

I currently have full time and part time employment. I also have a website online.
I live in a one-bedroom apartment.

I attended a local church until Covid hit. One of the church members read up online about me and has since stopped communicating with me. A mutual friend of both of us who is also a Christian has said he wishes to end our friendship for no reason.

I have been attempting to get a response from my web designer for some time however I have been unsuccessful.

There has been no contact between myself and Patrick Major since 2007.

I regularly see a psychiatric nurse and a psychiatrist although I do voluntarily. I am trying to get counselling and paying for it myself. I still have memories and anxiety regarding what happened at Columbia Bible College. These surface and cause me to have difficulties with intrusive thoughts. Instead of being cured of my mental illnesses I have been maintained in a state of mental illness all this time. The Mennonite community was not a good place for me. I regret my time there.

 

Just to update, my web designer was without cell service for ten days in the wilderness. Everything is great!!!

 

I am Nick Garai. I was at Pacific Institution prison for five years. I committed attempted murder, aggravated assault with a weapon causing bodily harm, break and entry and criminal harassment. My prisoner # is 638781E. When I arrived I was in RRAC. I told my intake officer I was Jewish. Shortly after, I met psychologist Brenda Sawatsky. She escorted me to her office and when we sat down she told me “You hate Germans!!!” and then escorted me back to my cell. This caused me concern because Brenda’s husband was Oscar Sawatsky. Oscar was a psychologist who was a business partner of Frank Vaness who was also a psychologist. Frank’s daughter, Kathy, committed adultery on me with a man named Blair. Blair was my victim and I was sent to jail for five years for committing violent crimes against him. I wrote a complaint denying that I hated Germans.

I had a box of legal documents store. The guard asked me if I wanted the box thrown out. I said no.

A neo-nazi came into my cell and became my cell mate. He had a pair of “SS” tattooed on his hand. He was Dennis Baxter AKA Chopper. I didn’t feel comfortable with this arrangement.

A few days after arriving, when I was out of my cell, Dennis took all of my bedding and put it on the top bunk then claimed the bottom bunk. When I went downstairs for meal time he would give me an indication of which tray I was to eat. Once he entered our cell and said to me “Dude, you are making me feel really uncomfortable”. I apologized. On the bottom floor he put his arm around my shoulder and invited me to join his crew of neo-Nazis. I declined.

He said that he had “Rolled with the Hells Angels”. When I was laying on my bunk on my side he came into the cell and slapped me on my ass. When I was sleeping on my bunk he got up from his, punched me in my face and then stood at the door with fists up and said “Let’s go!” I declined. He stood next to me and had a feral smile looking at me. He left then returned apologizing and said if I told anyone he would find out. He said he wasn’t afraid to go to Kent.

I talked to the keeper that we weren’t compatible and I was moved to another cell.

My new cell mate told me that Dennis was organizing a gang to build the largest neo-nazi drug gang in Vancouver’s history.


I was eventually placed on another range and given kosher TV dinners for my meals.

I met a prisoner who as on the range for only a few days. We played chess occasionally. He showed me a photograph of Wendy Heidebrecht laughing, wearing Jewish clothing and participating in a service. A day later he was not on the range anymore.

most of the time I would play chess by myself on the range or watch television in my cell. I didn’t comingle with anyone.

I met inmate George Sharp in the courtyard who identified himself as a Mennonite. He told me we were going to have fun in Matsqui prison woodworking room.

I later talked with inmate Bobby O’Sullivan in the courtyard and he told me he was on every range at Surrey Pretrial. He asked me what range I was on. While we were pacing, he stopped, turned to me and made stabbing motions with closed fists to both my eyes. I just looked at him then walked away.

Another inmate handled my kosher food rattling it on the table saying “Neat”.

When I was seated with Bobby, he said to me to come to his cell and get him when it was announced over the loudspeaker to get your meal trays.

Dennis would walk quickly back and forth behind me while I ate my kosher food.

Dennis wanted me to buy him some tobacco and I declined. I bought some pop for another inmate instead. George wanted to meet with me in my cell so we walked there and Dennis was waiting outside my window. He said “You made me feel like a fucking asshole not getting me tobacco and buying someone else pop”. He left. Later I was in line in front of the guard console and George Sharp childishly said behind me “Hi, Nick”.

I sent a letter to the kitchen asking to temporarily stop providing me kosher meals because of the unwanted attention I was getting.

I received a paper package that said I was suitable for placement in a minimum security institution. My IPO updated my file changing my status to go to Matsqui prison.

I met privately with a guard and he told me that a letter was received and that it was a death threat. I didn’t know what to make of this. A staff came to me and offered me to go to RTC, a psychiatric prison hospital, voluntarily. I agreed anticipating that I would get counselling to deal with my mental illness. I went there.

I was initially placed on a maximum security range. It was B range. When I was there two guards came to my door when it was closed. One of them told me I had a choice: deny the Holocaust or go to Kent Prison. I took them seriously and denied the holocaust.

My kosher meals resumed after I met with a Rabbi.

I talked with a psychiatric nurse named Doe. We had a few discussions but there was no counselling.

One inmate, Chucky, asked me how I can handle being with inmates. I told him I have two children, one who is four and another who is three. Dealing with inmates is the same maturity level.

I got a job doing inmate laundry. I would also go to the gym and got larger working out. I would play chess, scrabble and other games with inmates. I would go to the hobby shop and started building a diorama.

I met an inmate name Rodney Patton. He would go to the wood shop as well. An inmate named Rob began making life unpleasant for me. Eventually, my meals began disappearing, there was name calling. It was not a good experience. I was moved off the range onto D range.

While there, an inmate named Anthony Frohock appeared. He spoke with Troy Krieger who was an Aryan Nations member. Anthony returned to me, he shook my hand and said “I hope you don’t Jew me down!”. I responded saying no.

While on D range, George Sharp came to RTC from Matsqui prison. He spoke with Chucky Goidswimmer and Rodney Patton. While in the hobby room, I was cutting a sheet of mahogany. Rodney wanted a piece so I started cutting a piece for him. He walked over to my spot and broke a piece off then walked back to his spot. A couple of days later he was transferred to Kent prison.

When I was playing scrabble with Chucky Goodswimmer, he threw a scrabble tile holder at my chest, called me a “Fucking good” then walked away. Later he came to my door of my cell and apologized.

Most of the time I would play board games.

Another inmate, a Muslim man, walked up to me in front of the guard’s console, and said “Hey! Your people are killing my people in Palestine.” I didn’t know what to say. I just walked away.

An inmate, Kevin Khan, was a Muslim who also was recruited by the Aryan Nations. He would frequently say “Zeig heil!” and “Heil Hitler”. The guards and nurses heard him clearly but no action was taken.

once when I was I. The weight room, I was pushing weights and someone entered, walked ip to me and punched me in my face. He then ran out of the room quickly. I calmly got up and walked back to the hospital. Troy Krieger followed me, inquiring what happened. I told a nurse what happened. I gave a written report to a guard. The next day I met with Keeper Kerry Walden and the intelligence officer. They met me in a room with glass windows that everyone could look into on the ranges. There were doing an investigation on the assault and Kerry began laughing saying “Keep doing what your doing”. I left the room. I asked the guards why Kerry met with me in front of everyone instead of discreetly to avoid bringing more attention to me.

a First Nations inmate heard of the assault and ran over to Troy, attacking him. The unit was locked down. I later found out from another inmate that the reason for the assault was because I “hid” being Jewish when I was in Surrey Pretrial. Instead of being open about it there, I deceived everyone there being hiding among them.

I would hold Friday night Sabbath services in RTC and anyone was welcome to join me. I stopped going to the weight room, library and laundry. The person who assaulted me was sending messages through other inmates at RTC to go down to talk with him.

My nurse, Doe, would say to me when we met, in a mocking voice, “You’re scaaaaaaared”. On another occasion when we met she told me the inmate who assaulted me was gone. I talked with another inmate name Joe and he told me the inmate was still here waiting for me.

Another inmate said in front of everyone “Do you think you are safe here?”

When I stored grape juice in my range’s fridge for Friday night Sabbath, Kevin would steal them all. He was a jailhouse thief.

i wouldn’t leave RTC for two years. I went on a hunger strike for 17 days. Dr. Hunter coaxed me out of my room and I began eating again.

I met a few times with my nurse however she said I was narcissistic and stopped meeting me.

I began drug therapy. there was no counselling.

One time I spoke with Doe about Kevin constantly making anti-Semitic comments towards me and she began laughing agreeing with me. On another occasion I entered C range where nurse Gabrielle was talking with Kevin at a table. I said to Kevin that I wanted him to stop talking to me using anti-semitic words. He responded calling me a Jewbag. Gabrielle looked at me and said nothing. I left the range.

Anthony would yell out to me calling me a goof, slap my hands on the kitchen counter, move my table very far away from his. He would slam the yard door hard into me when I walked behind him.

Kevin would serve meals from the cart sometimes. When he pulled my kosher tray out he would spit on it in front of me. I would take it and explain to the guard that Kevin was spitting on my food. The guard told me he wasn’t.

Sometimes, I would go to sleep only to find that my foam mattress and bedsheets were urinated on.

I was recommended for a drug rehabilitation program. I have no history of taking drugs. I took the program with other inmates however it did not address my mental illness. I never had a substance problem. I have never used illicit drugs.

I once talked with nurse Leander in the interview room. As soon as we both sat down, she stood up, dragged a hand across the top of her chair and was reaching for the door. She didn’t say anything to me. I also stood back up and we both left the room.

Once I met with nurse Ross Macintosh in the observation room and I began talking to him. He started falling asleep. His head would drop and his eyes would close. I stood up and left the room.

When Kevin and I were in CD yard, he had a pen and said to me if he should write a swastika on the concrete ledge. On another time he said to me that he wanted to crash a plane into Jerusalem to help the cause.

In my spare time I amassed a large collection of Jewish literature in my cell. I stopped playing board games with inmates and just spent time with myself.

Eventually I began working in the kitchen. I would earn about 6.90 a day. I did this for a while. When things settled down I eventually felt enough confidence to go to the library again.

I went on parole in 2011. I was in a halfway house in Vancouver. I found a full-time job. There I went to synagogue. Unfortunately, I was recalled to prison for returning to my crime cycle. I sent complaints against my parole officer. When I came before the parole board my parole officer said I was criminally harassing him. There was no court, no judge, no lawyers. He said I was committing a crime and it stuck. I wasn’t even given a chance to defend myself.

I started working back in the kitchen but my interest wasn’t there anymore. I let my hair and beard grow out. I quit working in the kitchen. Because I filed so many complaints, let my hair grow out, refused to change medications and quit the kitchen, I was certified mentally ill and was no longer an involuntary patient. Dr Mandeep Saini started giving me injections of Zuclopenthexol.

I tried to decertify meeting the review panel often but all psychiatrists in RTC agreed that I should remain certified.

A few times I had some behaviours in RTC. I would slam my door when I was frustrated. I got into a minor fight with a young guy who wanted to be tough. There was no injuries.

Once when I was meeting with my IPO Kristen Jenner and Doe, the Mennonites came up and I became agitated. Kristen left and I threw some chairs in the room. On another occasion I raised my voice at another inmate and was locked up in my cell.

Nurse Ross told me on one occasion that I was very mentally ill but did not provide any therapeutic solution, interventions or counselling. My treatment was drugs.

Nurse Ross said I was cheeking my meds so they crushed my meds. I was offended but it didn’t matter.

Two guards were in the CD yard where I was along with another inmate. One of them began swearing at me. I later approached him at the guard console and he said he wasn’t swearing at me. The next day he swore at me again. I filed a conplaint. The Keeper came on the range with my complaint.
He said to me he investigated all the people and the guard didn’t swear at me. He told me to stop filing complaints against his guards and to stop lying. He then tore up the complaint in front of me.

When I was descending a flight of stairs from the upper tier, there were two guards in front of me. One of the guards told me to stay at the top of the stairs until they descended. I complied.

On one occasion I was kneeling down in the CD yard tying my shoes. I female guard walked up right beside me and told me to move. She could have walked around me. She waited beside me until I finished then I moved. The keeper met with me, said he watched the video and told me to stop interfering with the guards’ patrols.

I eventually went out for my second parole. One of the conditions was I had to talk with the psychiatrist at the half-way house. I got to the halfway house in Chilliwack. I met with Lynda Grasseick and my parole officer. We talked and she asked questions. I answered her. After we finished talking, my parole officer said we would meet again to continue. Later that evening I was in the back yard and two RCMP officers came out of the building. One of them told me that I was under arrest for failing to meet with my psychiatrist according to the conditions outlined in my parole. I was detained and then after a couple of days I was back in RTC.

While I was certified I was summoned to divorce court. There my wife’s lawyer got a divorce on the grounds of abandoning her and our children. I didn’t have a lawyer. I was not notified ahead that I was going to divorce court. I never received any legal summons, documents, warning, nothing. The judge imposed a lifetime no contact order against me from contacting my ex-wife.

While I was certified I was summoned to court without warning. My ex-wife’s lawyer said that I failed as a father. He said that my daughter arrived late to dance lessons and I was not giving her breakfast. The judge accepted this argument and I lost all custody of my children. I was prohibited from having contact with them until they were adults.

My remaining few months were uneventful. My sentence ended and I was transferred to a psychiatric hospital in the community.

I really did not get a therapeutic treatment in prison. I am not sure why, but my mental illness was maintained instead of treated.

 

I am not directly or indirectly contacting persons listed including my victims. My victims can be easily accessed on government databases. To date I have not corresponded with anyone listed in this thread either directly or indirectly. I also am not responsible for any contact with persons listed by anyone. I have reviewed the criteria for criminal harassment and cyberstalking in Canada under the criminal code and my posts online do not meet the criteria for either crime.

I have not been contacted by the RCMP regarding any postings made online since I have left prison in 2013. As well I have not received any cease and desist letters from any person. I have contacted the Ridge Meadows RCMP, Surrey RCMP and Coquitlam RCMP regarding the negative Google reviews I have posted and also the posts made on forums online and I have been told that none of the posts are criminal in nature.

Thank you. The matter happened a very long time ago. There is nothing more to do as the person is no longer operating his website business. I did go the route of the BBB but that yielded no solution.

This was a very bad experience that I learned a very very very painful lesson from. I have to keep my guard up in the event of something I don’t expect coming my way.
