Tendency to BIGGER, LONGER advertising packages as of late?

At this point last year, I was doing MORE text link sale transactions, but sales tended more to be for 1-3 months in length, and on individual or 2-3 sites, and were for amounts under $100 at a time.

As of late, I have definitely been making a smaller NUMBER of sales, but packages are much more frequently 10-20 links at a time, and for periods of 3-12 months, and for amounts of $400-$1000 per transaction.

Has anyone else noticed this tendency? More interestingly, why might this be going on? That is, the desire to prepay for longer periods before seeing the results of a campaign, and to buy links on larger numbers of sites at once.

Like any business many make money and many more don't. Those that make money end up buying up the sites from those that don't. You end up with less buyers but they have a large portfolio and bigger income that can in turn do more business.

    Enjoy it :)
