I'm just trying to get an idea of what everybody is doing,
Do you prefer to display text ads or image ads or both?
If you display both what would you say you text to image ad ratio is?
I display both and get about 1 image to 7 text

I rarely get image ads. So much so I don't even bother just specifying just text ads.

I specify text ads only. More ads, more to choose from, easier to click on.

I'm using both, but I can't say that I noticed very many image ads. The main thing is that I doubt that there is a great difference between CTR for the different types. What text ads have going for them is that they often display more than one ad in the same ad unit, giving people a choice.
