    Hey everyone this is my first post here, I've been coming here for quite some time checking out other posts and reading up on Adsense stuff. Anyway my site has been up for about two weeks, I am getting anywhere from 400-600 impressions to day with a click through rate of .4-.8% (0-2 clicks a day).

    The sidebar ads account for about 75% of the clicks. Anyway if you wouldn't mind helping me with placement here is my site. I am thinking about moving the donation link down the page and putting a small block of ads right above the nav bar.

    Thanks in advance!

    Maybe some Ads in the main content area. If a 468 wide ad messes up your layout reduce the padding in the section <div class="storycontent">. Or maybe use a large or meduim rectangle in the main area.

    Plus...Use the same color you are using for the "link" ...
    but make the "text" a different color..perhaps the same light grey.

    google_color_link = "2C97A2";
    google_color_text = "2C97A2";

    Maybe make the "URL" gray also...not green.

    colours and places are good but i see that you are using only one ads units. i think you can add one more ads unit to the footer

    yeah move it at the bottom...

    half banners would be best in your content cause of your narrow layout for the body...

    goodluck...:D

    Ads blend nice now.

    I've installed wordpress on a website for a friend but haven't really messed with it. I'm assuming you can't get a 468 wide ad to fit in the story area without it messing up your layout.
    here's why...

    /wp-content/themes/darkcash-v10/style.css

    .storycontent {
    padding: 3px 10px;
    }
    .storycontent p {
    margin: 15px 0;
    text-indent: 0px;
    line-height: 1.35em;
    }

    15 That's the amount of space on the left and right side of anything you put in a paragraph in the story content area. Lower the number.. or don't place your code between<p> </p>.

    Probably a setup option somewhere...IDKAT.
