Textures in Fireworks

    Anyone know any good tutorials for creating seamless textures and alpha textures on Fireworks, I know you can do it on Photoshop but am not interested in purchasing or using a warez. Any help appreciated, I need to know for a 3d project I am working on.

    Never heard people make seamless & alpha textures in fireworks, but many 3D artists who use open/free source programs choose Gimp to make textures. Just search it, there lot of tutorials how to make 3D textures with Gimp, and some video tutorial in youtube.

    There are some good tutorials in texture creation from assistcg.com, not too detail but you can learn make bump map, displacement map etc with Gimp
