    Lucky for you honey, as Facebook is already been banned in my country since June 2008 :(
    Since then I am just using and living on vpn softwares for facebook and other sites. However I do hope that its just a 1st april fool's day and not more :)

    Xubair they have been know to have the most strict Cyber Laws in the world even if the police is not good. But you can get 5 years in prison just for using a proxy, have sex picture or even visit some sex website. They also block many websites and for few month they even block Youtube.com so i would not surprise if they block Facebook.

    Facebook is in talks to get a censured version [like Google] for China. I know this was an April fool's joke, but if anyone is having problems accessing their FB page in the future, you can always use proxy services, such as hidemyass, to access it even in China!
