    Take a look at this website

    The link to download the file is so close to the ad area. I am sure many users are clicking ads by mistake when they are actually trying to download the file.

    On another note, this site is displaying only Yahoo! ads but they also have a "Adsense Referral" button. Is it ok with Adsense TOS ?

    I can understand you wanting to cut down on click fraud. (And that site is terrible!)

    But being bothered about them having an adsense referal in there is a bit picky...
