    Let's say a recruitment web site with the size of Monster.com that needs to be mirrored in every country. So instead of creating a web site for every country, we simply create a web site for every language : an English web site, for instance, to be used in UK, US , Australia and Canada; a French web site for France, Belgium and Canada, etc.

    the word 'mirror' implies that you want to scrape another site.

    this is most likely NOT allowed.

    if you mean make a site for multiple countries, i wouldnt. id setup individual sites for each country, not run off the same domain.
