You stated some very true facts in the blog and I would have to agree this should be a civil matter between you and ebay

I think they latched onto some political contributions from eBay, Inc. :p

I can't think about Shawn's case without thinking about OJ. In California, it's difficult to get convicted of anything. But... this is a Federal indictment and the feds boast a 90+% conviction rate.

I only hope that you're not posting anything that hasn't been approved by your legal team.

I was just wondering whether ebay's top executives are stupid enough to think that one person can bring down googles datacenters - but then I really don't know what all accomplishing that would take. So I asked you (genius) if you think it is possible for you (or any single person) to do it if you had the will and practically limited resources?

@Shawn, You think it is appropriate to make blog and forum posts related to this matter and which make mentions or refers of the alleging party - when the matter is sub-judice?

It's nothing the FBI and everyone else involved didn't already know.

But isn't it something like - "Whatever you say can & will be used against you in the court of law"

Believe me, I am not saying that you're not telling the truth, but couldn't this like open the door for a defamation lawsuit?

Yes, if it wasn't true it could open the door for a defamation lawsuit, but stating a factual account of things that DID happen is not defamation.
