    I'm not completely new to adsense, but i'm definitely not an expert, but, I've seen this error hurt people's adsense enabled sites quite often.

    Your adsense ads aren't above the "fold" meaning when i visited your website I didn't see them first thing. Also you should switch the image ads for text ads as text ads get a better CTR%

    i cant tell you how to increase it,but i can tell you how to decrease it.
    put google ads on warez sites that have rapidshare links so you get banned.
