    Its been out for a couple of months already!

    More for the general public than techies or SEO's it contains nothing new. Much more insightful and a better read imo is Doug Edwards blog. He was Director of Consumer Marketing and Brand Management for Google from 1999 to 2005 and tells (is telling) a lot of interesting stories.
