    Actually, it probably is. The Earth doesn't take exactly 365.25 days to go around the sun. It's pretty far off of that. That's why we get an extra day every four years, unless it is the turn of the century, in which case, we don't get the extra day, unless the century is divisible by four, in which case we DO get the extra day. That's why we got the extra day in the year 2000. If it were the year 1900, we wouldn't have gotten the extra day. See? :D
