Meh Im not a big fan of macs anymore. They were cool in the mid 90's. My fav operating system is 7.x

I dont like the imacs too much. The mouse is shaped funny.

I dislike the new the new mac os. They are slow, cumbersome and comfusing.

They are VERY nice machines. In fact, I have two of them sitting on the desk to the right of me right now (they are from the server donations). They are mostly configured are are just waiting to be put into the data center next week.

They are identical machines, each as follows: dual 2.3Ghz G5, 8GB RAM, 1.2TB hot swappable drive space (hardware RAID-5), dual gigabit ethernet.

Depends on what you like I suppose. I like it because it's BSD at the core... which means I can do anything I want (easily).

If I had the money I would buy a PowerBook tomorrow, that is how much I want to move away from the data security risks that Microsoft and it's flawed OS offer.

Now they are finding out that the anti-spyware program that M$ is offering is burning up hard drives, but M$ will offer you $5.00 when you report this problem like they mention in the EULA.

Don't use M$ anti-spyware, even they say it is "BETA" and it is worthless if it can damage your hard drive.
