is it allowed to put the codes on the proxified pages?
whats the min required balance to get paid via paypal?
when would you make the payments (15th or at the end of each month ...)?

I pretty much have the same questions as omidse.

I'd also like to know if I can use on more than one site. IE: Put my main website on the account, but use on all my proxy sites.

 

Yeah you are allowed to put them on the proxified pages

The payment for september for most publishers is on the 1st - 2nd of november and the minimum payout is only $10

See above for other answer and yeah you can just add one site and use the same code on all or you can add multiple sites if you want to track earnings for each one individually

Would switching to Apache 2 increase the speed of my proxy?

 

Since google does not allow their ads to be placed on proxified pages, does adbrite or widgetbucks allow it?

You can also sell site wide links on your proxy or use it for targetted conversions.
I.E someone who clicks on a link of the word "file" or "download" is geared towards file downloads, so an affiliate link for a download site would produce more conversions that if you just spammed the link.

What do you guys think about submitting your proxy to proxy.org? Good or Bad?

 

Im wondering that as well; I was thinking about buying a $250 link as it seems really worth it. The advertising for lower priced links haven't been bad either >.>. But has it been worth it for other guys?

 

Remember that the people visiting your proxy are mostly students and people behind filters ie coworkers and employees so putting adult ads on a proxy site, in my opinion it wouldn't be a good idea at all.

yes, I would suggest submitting your link to their site and if you got 20$ then I would suggest buying the "Bolded Listing" which gets your proxy site even more visitors
