    if the hosting is good then no because your domains will always be up

    I do believe all from the same ip might be negative tho but im unsure how blocks work but if they block the ip then they would have blocked every domain you host

    Filtering software block domains not IPs.
    There are people who buy extra IPs as well but not all web hosts provide this service (e.g. we do)

    Is there any way to completely disable hotlinking? because .htaccess doesnt seems to work because encode urls

    *EDIT: Damn im stupid, that bandwidth code disable hotlinking images too.
