important notice : just use a new yahoo id to join , cause there are unmoderated groups and you may have about 2000 new emails a week in you mailbox
there are almost 15000 proxy users there ,although many spammers are sending emails to these poor users_the big difference between my proxy group (14000 alive users) and these free to use ones_ ,but you could have some free traffics on your proxies

BTW
some proxy webmasters seem to create not moderated groups , just to gain some users , that they may join to send emails there
so be aware of this too , and do not go for -200~100 users groups

I just made a brand new proxy topsite. Latest 15 submissions get index exposure.

The topsite I made right before this is http://www.proxlists.com, and it has become pretty popular, with proxies already on average getting more than 150 visitors in the first few days.

I have also made it possible to buy premium listings on WebEvader.org for 1-2 weeks to give your proxies a quick boost in traffic before they become blocked.

I'd say start by making your site functional and less ads.
Then, work on getting the traffic. Not sure how? Then you have no chance to be even close with proxy.org.
