    After you register, you can use adsense to as many sites as you want

    I know that im saying that adsense is supposed to different ads according to content... However for my second site (an addon domain in cpanel) the same ads are running(SEO ads). I want different ads on each site.. I was wondering if it was becasue the second site is an addon in cpanel and how can I fix it so both sites have unique ads...

    Yes, sometimes it takes some time, I am taking a guess here but did you use the same site to build your second one? As in you started with the first sites layout and changed it for the new one? If you did and you had some of the old sites content on it that would be your reason. Adsense would have seen the foriginal content, SEO related and placed those same ads.

    No worries though, Google will crawl the site soon and you will have the right ads showing in no time.
