Welcome to my world for the past 6 months. People ask me sometimes, "HEY INV! WHAT YOUR EVERYDAY LIKE BEING A SINGLE FULL-TIME WEBMASTER?"

This is what I tell them:

Well... It all begins in the middle of the day at around 3PM.. when I wake up.I do the usual clean up routine, then I go to the kitchen.

What does a diet of a fulltime single webmaster consists off? You might think Mcdonalds! Or last weeks pizza! But NO! This 'particular' webmaster is a health junky even though he wakes up at 3PM.

My diet consists of chicken! I eat chicken 3 times a day along with vegetables. In between I have protein shakes, yogurts, maybe fish, eggs. But the main meal consists of chicken.

After a nice meal, I head over to the TV to see whats happening... in the mean time it's around 4 oclock. I tend to watch music videos, since I can't find anything else at this time on Rogers Cable (Canada).

6 Oclock.. its time for the gym.... You might ask, what happened to between 4 and 6 oclock, Did you watch TV for 2 hours?

Nah! I TELL U! I probably went up to my computer half a dozen times and worked on a few things then went to TV again and so on.

So, I head to the gym! While driving to the gym, my mind is brainstorming business ideas I can apply or do in the future... This makes a very dangerous driver, as I tend to go off ramps in my way and cut off cars.

Coming back from the gym its the same story.. I come back and I am all pumped up. I see whats happening, if the peeps are chilling and get the update on everybody and see how their non-webmaster jobs are. This might result with me going out after.. thats another story...

If I dont go out, it's COMP TIME! which lasts up untill around this time now.. 6AM! Then its bed time!

What ya'll think? Anybody else here in my shoes? Whats your story like!

You forgot your daily dose of DP.

And eating chicken 3 times a day + protein shakes is NOT healthy :) You must have one acidic blooded, constipated body dude.

Mine's more like 8:45am in the office - go home 9pm - turn on the computer and do some personal stuff :)

I have a similar diet and it doesn't seem to make me healthy.

Of course my vegetables are celery and carrots and my chicken is in wing form with lots of hot sauce ;)

Makes it sound like a disease..

Patient: Doctor do you know what the problem is ?

Doctor: Yes, it looks like you have a bad dose of 'dp'

I sell the stuff so I am contstantly trying it. I have one kind that is so hot you can use one drop in a big bowl of Chili and it will still be too hot for most people.

I once dropped one of the bottles and it broke. When the fumes hit me, I almost passed out. Took almost all day to recover.

In a bodybuilder's perception, yes. In a dietary professional's perception, no.

    Back on-topic... :)

Right now, My mouth is watering, throat dry, and it looks like I am crying. Hotsauce is my enemy, I can't imagine who eats that really lethal one your talking about.

By the way, if that's you in the pic... You look like Connon O'brian

    EDIT:

T0PS3O: Do you want me to starve? Why did you post that!!!

Seriously though, the source is very biased and seems like a vegetarian to me. I am pretty sure you can apply the same 'info' towards to beef, and make an arguement towards fish if he really tried. No diet is 100% healthy, I just stick to my chicken though :D

Yes you can make the same statements about beef because that's 100% true :) IN the end, the human body was never meant to digest meat. Fish only get polluted by the water, at least they're not stuffed with chemicals on purpose.

Anyway, you eat your delicious chicken, I'll stick to my ideas of healthy food :)

Can you show us some of your sites? Is it just the reviews site you live off?

:) Notice the review site doesn't have a single ad. I am going to develop it better when I have time as a 'gift' back. I wish I could share some sites, but I don't need extra competition.

Also what do you consider to be healthy food? Give me some ideas here, maybe I can add it to my chicken diet
