    I can't believe it, it keeps creeping up. £1 is worth $1.91 now!

    What's causes such a change? It was only last year when it was around 1.67 and it's making getting work through the internet poor value for money. Although outsourcing would be cheap as chips!

    I really got stung when I left the states and moved back into the UK - saving went right down the tubes.

    Wait until the UK becomes fully into the EU you'll feel the ping!

    their shitty president, who is making USA a poor country (higher intrest rate, poor economic growth, war on 'terrorism" all this is driving dollar down, resulting in a low dollar rate (not a high pound sterling rate)

    It helps when you want to import stuff :D

    It's mostly to do with the British economy doing well, and has been for some time, and the American economy underperforming.
