I put snow on some high traffic pages, and not on others. All I see is regular daily fluctuations in CTR and nothing that I can attribute to the snow. It is an interesting idea though as the snow would theoretically make users shift their typical focus on the page - & that could be either good or bad for CTR.

Just a follow up... I left the snow effect on my site for 4 days. My average daily CTR was 5.5% before snow effect, 4.5% with the snow effect, and back to 5.5% after removal. It seems that the net effect of the snow was to distract visitors from optimally placed Adsense.
