    The link units should be against TOS. I'd get that checked:

    Yes, you have stepped into the black area for your link unit on the left.. For the Ad unit at the center, you may try to float them around the content. While you are at it, add in more content :)

    Good call, I'll check that out with Google. Just trying to blend them in a little better but definitely don't wanna infringe on the TOS. I'll get more content on their via the blog to funnel in some targeted traffic.

    Yes, that link unit is breaking TOS, I'm 100% sure. as for the rest... in your face ads work rather well.

    In that case will the half banner Ad that I display as a first result in the table fall into the same category. See at http://www.urstop.com/Rent-Hyderabad

    Inputs please, I just adopted this change couple of days back, if it is againg TOS, I will better remove it.

    Nah, I think yours is fine urstop. I shot an e-mail out to Google so I should here back from them in a few days. I'll probably just have to remove the category icons I've placed in from of the link ads. You just blended yours good with the rest of the content. =)
