This Design Against TOS?

    Hello

I'm in the process of developing the second version of my website and I have came up with an idea for my ad placements, I believe this is excellent placement for the ads, but i'm also worried if its against the TOS.

In the JPG Attachment you can see two half banner ads, the rest is gonna be links to different pages.

I have used the same text as the half banner ads... This is just a test of what the layout will look like... the text will NOT be the same as the ads on the final design.

    Please give me your opinion.
    Thanks

no I'm not but I read here on dp people wrote it was wrong and we have to put a border line between image and adsense ad

EDIT: oh wait, there is border around the image, then I think it is ok, sorry

Ok cheers for the feedback. Ive decided not to stick to that idea in the end...but something similar.

That idea is actually against the TOS because if you look you can see the title "latest games" so people would automatically treat that as a link...im basically trying to say you can't direct people to click the ads.

If the title said "Sponsered Links" then that would be acceptable :)
