    Dunno if I'm giving anything away here or not.

    I have a big popular domain, PR 6, google seems to love it.

    I built over time lots of other little domains, these domains didn't rank, never got anywhere. Never really put much effort into them.

    Now I 301'd the smaller domains onto the back of my big daddy domain.

    301 www.mysmallsite.co.uk > www.mybigsite.co.uk/mysmallsite/

    Guess what, all the search terms I was trying to achieve with the smaller site (and failing) now dropped in.

    I got number1 for everything I want :D
