    Redirect is ok as long as it is not some spyware script or anything like that. (i assume you want it to blank your referrer for CPA stuff)

    Exactly. Those are normal landing pages offered by CPA companies (nothing sex related). Also, some of the landing pages have an exit pop-up (those are provided by the CPA companies and I can't do anything about it). Is that a problem?
