What You think? Is it ok to put tracking scripts and log visitors ads clicking
OR is it forbidden by TOS?

I think you would be fine as long as you aren't modifying the Adsense code.

Again, any time you have a question about whether Google wouldn't like something or not, it's best to ask them directly.

This is not modifying the code. This is extra code after AdSense code.

Yes! After Adsense code. Outside javascript. Tracker record what page is visited after clicking an ads. Also, from what page, time and i.p. adress. It is very useful.

I would never use code that modifying original adsense code. This is only server sided "add on".

    What Nate said,

Whenever in doubt, ask Google Adsense staff. They are quite helpful.

Not all clauses of TOS revolve around altering the Adsense code. Let them ok it first. You dont want your income source in trouble just to track better.

There is a thread over on WMW about this where AdSenseAdvisor said it was ok if you didn't change the AdSense javascript. Good enough for me. :D
