    I use Opencart 1.3.2.

Opencart is PHP/MySQL, and I also hook-up to it via an MS Access database through the MySQL/ODBC connector (mysql-connector-odbc-5.1.5-win32.msi) so the customer can update pricing etc., without logging into the admin site. It supports PayPal, WorldPay, SagePay and Moneybookers out of the box, plus some guy has created loads of other gateways here: http://www.unbannable.com/ocstore/opencart_mods/payment_modules.
