Too many/Few ads?

Hi, I was wondering if you can have too many ads, or too few ads?

My site for improving fitness, health and weight loss doesnt have many adsense ads on the home page, but once you look into the articles there are a few more.

Does anyone think i should put more ads on the home page or is it alright?

Also any comments on ways to improve it?

    Thanks everyone!

Well, for sure you are violating the terms and conditions with that Link Unit - You cannot put a box around it and call it categories. That's seen as deceiving the visitor into clicking a link unit keyword. You could also try to get your text the same as the text of the adsense ads, not just colour but font too... just my 2 cents worth.

Move the title "categories" to below the link unit and make the font of the link unit to blue to match the categories.
