    Dash&Security cams... you can take it from other places and upload to youtube (sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't - usually it works with account older than 1 year from my own experience).

    City tours also works perfectly

    Sports and video game reviews.

    Add movie and video game trailers, as well as comparison videos (iPhone vs Samsung Galaxy, etc). The key here isn't actually the niche, but the quality of the produced videos - dozens of YouTubers (and Viners) are earning a lot from their productions, opening up more opportunities. Grace Helbig was once a humble small-time YouTuber, but she ended up being part of the Epic Rap Battles of History :)

    If you are funny do a comedy channel. People share comedy more than anything else. Loads of ways to monetize a popular channel.

    I suppose nobody would tell you the exact statistics, a lot depends on a person.
    For instance, you forgot to mention one of the most popular youtube topics among girls: beauty channels.
    I’m 100% sure that almost 85% of women in the age group from 15 to 35-40 are subscribed to (at least) one beauty channel. So you can add this niche to your list.

    We like the creepy story videos. lol. There's this one dude on youtube who hires an artist to draw scary pics to go along with his true creepy stories, and we really enjoy his videos. They are only about 5-10 minutes long. Perfect.

    Sorry to rain on your parade @cwvps1 lol. But according to who? From where or how did you come up with this list? You can't just post a list like that and say oh, this is the top 10 niches on YouTube. Not without stating a resource where you found it. Which gives them due credit and allows for us to further investigate it and learn more. Or at the least, saying it's according to you! :)

    How do YOU know those are the top 10 paying niches? Have you tried them all out extensively?

    What's to say that some niches pay more than another and what are they going on to know?

    By the general price each product or service each niche sales for?

    These things are important to know otherwise this could be misleading and could have people doing things they shouldn't be doing and there's too much of that going on as it is lol :D
