    So your depressed? Stressed out?? Pissed off???
    Here's how to fix yourself!

    1) Go to the gym, lift some heavy-ass weight or hit the punching bag for an hour.

    2) Watch funny movies- I watch Jim Carrey movies, or 80's funny kids movies, or Leslie Nielsen movies such as the Naked Gun trilogy, etc.

    3) Watch some Weird Al Yankovic music videos on YouTube- Guaranteed Cure!

    I can add one more;
    Being part of the society is essential too, getting isolated wont help. And helping someone out is great, that feeling when you bring smile on someone's face is awesome. As Mark Twain said, "The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up."

    Here's some ways to get rid of depression:
    1. Be grateful. We all have so many blessings in our lives. A roof above our heads, food in our belly and clean water, might sound like nothing, but in a world were people are starving and dying from war, these are riches.
    2. Get a vision. Get yourself a new dream, a new ideal to work on. Not a small dream, but a dream that make your soul burn with joy and excitement. Something that will pull you towards it , not something to push yourself into it.
    3. Give more. Love, joy, friendship, compassion, these are values that grow when you give them. Like @Wali Dahot said, bring a smile on someone's face to bring a smile on your face.
    4. Get healthy. Happiness starts with the happiness of your body. Eat healthy, do some exercises, detox yourself, replace some bad habits with good ones and you'll feel amazing.
    5. Get yourself some quiet time. Good answers come to us when our head is clear. All these distractions of the modern day only make us forget who we are and what we really want from life. So we need to give ourselves at least one hour a day to re focus, to stabilise our inner balance and to motivate ourselves into following our dreams. Like Aristotle said , we are what we do daily. Therefore, excellence is a habit not an act.
