Traffic From Twitter

I have created a twitter account recently and attained 100 followers most of them attained through twiends. But there is no traffic from twitter even though i posted several links a day

 

Hi nestsoft1, I do noticed the same too, Iguess twiends' followers are really non targetted.

Looks for other means like fb, linkedin or reddit etc...

It takes some time for some site. But definitely it will work for your site. Wait you will get.All the best.

 

This is depending on your strategy. Encourage people to LIKE your Twits so you can have better traffic via regular updates.

 

for getting traffic from twitter keep following points in your mind:-

1. Post interesting news for your fans so that they will wish to read complete content on posted link.
2. Add daily followers in your account so that your business will appear with among-est persons.
3. Do Re- Tweets for your friends.
4. Don't post spam.

 

I'm not a twitter fan but I do get some backlinks from here.
So I guess having an account here is also good, you can
share your stuff and updates.

 

Followers from Twiends are garbage! You need to follow actual people from your niche to get return followings and then make useful and healthy tweets which people would like - they don't have to be from your own site but just something interesting.

 

You have a big market there, but everyone has short attention spans. You have to Tweet a lot to get traffic. Plus, you have to be personal with followers and customize your messages.

 

I am a Blogger and i get Traffic from Twitter, all you have to do is get them to know you by posting Tweets that are out of ordinary. Retweet and keep on posting in regular intervals.

Using shortcuts to get more followers is not going to attract high quality people. 1 good quality followed with an interest in what you're tweeting is better than 100 randoms.

 

Good tips here, I will try to use them for myself and see how it goes. As I know, it's hard to get visitors from Twitter unless you work daily on your account.

 

I have used programs like Twiens and there were a ton of followers for awhile, but then they slowly but surely went away. I actually had one of my accounts banned from Twitter because too many people followed and unfollowed in a short amount of time. I since set up a new account, and I am taking it slow. Make sure not all your posts have links in them as Twitter looks down on that. Also, follow people in your niche, and more than not, they will follow you back. Good luck!!

 

I think this seems to be very logical. When you get followers from Twiends, they don't do a lot with your tweets. They just follow you to get points so they can get more followers.
I think this is also how to have got your points to get more followers through Twiends. Websites like Twiends just don't work.

There are e few tips described above, you should follow them and that's the way how to get more followers who care about your tweets

 

i have 46k+ followers, but not use soft for this, just manual follow and automated unfollow...

 

They have to be targeted to your niche for you to get use out of them. Otherwise they're just numbers.

 

I would focus on getting traffic from facebook and forums and blogs and articles... twitter requires a lot of work and not many benefits in my opinion. Like said 70% of users have a facebook account and 100 friends lol

 

How about the tweets, are they interesting and catchy? One of the best way to promote via twitter is to make an interesting tweets.

 

Imagination is everything. the regular "check this out" will do you no favours. Be imaginative about link you wish to share. Find some of the more popular accounts (not pop stars) in different areas and see why they are followed by so many. Funny. thought-provoking. intelligent. that's what u need.

Always be twitter friendly
Make interesting headlines
Do reply and questions about your relevant topic
See Twitter trends of discussion and participate

 

maybe you need more aimed followers , and choose the right time to post tweets . and not only for advertising , but for fun !
