    g'day,

I have been interested in social network marketing and have done some very Interesting experiments using social platforms.

My point is This: I notice most of the people discussing social networking talk about traffic. Traffic is simply numbers on your stats counter or Pointy lines in your graphs.

I thought the Idea was to get SALES.

I find I can write a headline that will get clicks but it is very different from the one that gets sales. If I want clicks I simply write please do not click here whatever you do! works every time.

What are your experiences with getting sales?

I will put it simply: If it doesn't convert the traffic is pretty much useless.
Most of the time traffic from social bookmarking sites is just wasting your bandwidth :D

Ya, you will mostly get click only from networking sites.

Only few or very less percentage of people come to buy anything.
