    The tbanner that says welcome to the community is overlapped by the Member login and latest news boxes slightly. I am viewing this in firefox

    OK I got it now. I would change the background, its kind of hard on the eyes. Also two of the banners are overlapping (in firefox)

    i don't know what is your plan for that site and dont intend to discourage you but this is a market that there is lots of players in it and you dont have a great chance,and your site needs a lot of works to be done.its not smooth working and you need a minimalist frontpage.
