New features and bugfixes

Several months have passed since the new Costaction filemanager was launched. We are delighted to see your attention and interest in the new interface and features. On that pleasant note, we would like to explain what else we have been able to refine and add in the intervening time.

FTP and URL upload options were added to the new filemanager:
On the left side, now you can see the new "Tools" menu, above the folder tree. If you click on it, you can choose FTP or URL upload. Please note that in order to select one of the two projects to perform the upload, you must switch the selector in the page header.
You can also select the destination folder, that will contain the files when the download end.

We determined to keep your files safe and stable. Considering this fact, a big part of the storage servers was renewed and upgraded. It should significantly improve the reliability and quality of the storage service.

What about bug fixes? Recently, the torrent upload, which was quite problematic to work with - has been updated and now works better than ever.

Our team continues to develop in the field of file sharing and not planning to stop. Together, we will be able to achieve even more impressive results.

Rotation of payment solutions

Previously, the "Security Code" could be easily disabled only by removing the checkmark to the corresponding option in the settings. Now it can be removed only by entering it again, or through a request to support.

Also, from now on for each partner, the system automatically assigns the session type mark. If the session is not secure or the session type does not coincide with the previous one, then for some actions "Security Code" or password will be requested more often.

In addition, we would like to remind you that the accounts on filehostings, though closely connected to the affiliate account, are not the same. These are different accounts that can have different rules, different settings, and different login data. Please be aware of that.

A common case that partners face at the moment is that when they log into Turbobit/HitFile account, then click on balance, getting redirected to the CostAction cabinet. But, it's is considered an insecure session because CostAction password has not been inputted. It also means that CostAction will request a password/code every time a partner wants to do something in the "Payouts" and "Settings" sections. To prevent this from happening, just login to CostAction using a password through the form:

Another, but no less important improvement is that if you have changed the password, all active sessions will now be reset! This is done to prevent intruders from staying in your account. On the account setting page, the "Reset all sessions" button has been added too.

Banner section was updated

While the development of new important features is in progress, we prepared a small but pleasant update for costaction. After a train of holiday events, which were accompanied by various seasonal promo materials, we noticed that the classic section of promo banners lack updates for some time. So, it's time to change it! Now if you check out the "My Sites" page, it has been updated. One variety of banners was added for each of the projects.

In addition, the section itself has minor design changes. Now all banners are initially hidden under spoilers when opening the page and will be loaded after you click on it.

Payment section received an update

After updating the whole affiliate program site, right after the launch a lot of attention was paid to the technical side rather than to small nuances of functionality. But, as I'm sure you've heard before, details matter. So it is about small but important improvements, we would like to tell today.
The payout section - one of the most visited at costaction - has undergone some changes. Often, when creating a withdrawal request, there were cases where partners would prefer to choose not the "main" type of wallet, but one of the additional. But in oder to do that, you had to do secondary manipulations and waste time. Now, when creating a request, it is suggested to choose one of the previously added wallets if there are more than one in your account.
Sometimes, it may happen that we getting forced to abandon certain withdrawal options, temporarily or permanently. In this update, we have removed all irrelevant types of wallets and currencies when adding new details, which will now cause no confusion.
Localization and various text errors pointed out to us were also corrected for the payout page.
A bug was detected when adding recently created capitalist wallets, the system did not recognize the input data. Thanks to your feedback, we have also identified this problem and updated the input format, successfully getting rid of the error.
